Once we have the full info, we can give you an idea via phone/email or text if your computer(s) are something we are looking for, and a maybe ballpark price on what we would pay for it.   We will need to inspect the item before final agreements are made.  Note:  If you are looking for top dollar, we suggest selling the item online yourself or through a classified ad.  Please try Ebay or Craigslist.  If the computer is old and we can't buy it for parts, you still may be able to sell to a pawn shop. Some people initially want to sell their computer, but find it is advantageous to have us repair it. We work on Windows and Macs, and have saved some machines that seemed beyond hope. We will give you the best option for your budget. We fix messes that other companies won't touch! Our tech is very knowlegeable and can often walk a client through tech problems over the phone and by remote log-in on your system. To answer a common question - yes, we do replace broken computer screens.

Computers will need to be brought to us to look before we make a final decision.  No agreements shall be made verbally over the phone.  No transactions will be done online. This is to protect all parties involved. 

APPOINTMENTS:  We are by appointment so that we can give clients one-on-one attention.  We value your time, and don't want you waiting. Our tech may be out on call or taking care of special contract projects, so let us know when you are available. We do business between 9am and 6pm daily and on weekends and will do our best to work with your schedule.  

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED: Appointments are at our residence in North Scottsdale just west of Scottsdale Airpark where our old office used to be. Scottsdale-Laptops and connected companies, decided to move, in order to cut overhead and give clients the best prices.  Our home shop is located conveniently between Paradise Valley Mall & Scottsdale Airpark.
